Netflix is a wildly beloved product, but outside of “Netflix & Chill,” lacked a brand positioning to distinguish itself amongst the onslaught of new competitors. What we decided: storytelling is the best way to feel more emotion and see more perspectives. Netflix is an empathy generator unlike any other.
